I don't think, that this should be available on Steam. This is exactly this same as the web based version, with the exception of not really well structured menu.
The only thing that anyone can review in here is how well this is written. As a gamer I usually try to avoid reviewing the writing, so except for the writing I would not recommend it to anyone. If you need to play this, do it on the web, because you will get exactly this same experience.

This game is so addicting. Jesus, for the first time since Civilization 5, Dishonored and Bioshosck Infinite I was not aware of the time, that has passed. I started playing at like 5 o'clock thinking, that one or two hours will be enough. Then I stopped at 2:30 in the morning, shocked and scared, that so much time has passed. I can't wait for Game Dev Tycoon 2.
