After 1000+ hours on this game, I think it's the right moment to leave an opinion about NBA 2K21.
Negative points :
1. CHEATERS THAT RUINS ALL ONLINE EVENTS : Major issue as since my first 2k (2k19) you find Day 1 till the end, online players that are using cheats.
2. AI level on online modes that ruins all the fun. Simple example : playing REC as a PF/C, after 1 quarter my opponent leaves the game and then if you want to score it's only when you use your speed or via pick&roll situation. Even a 70ovr AI can reject fastbreak lay up and contest hook shots like crazy. I don't even talk about defense where it's almost automatic unbox out from AI and putbacks that comes from nowhere. If you play a stretch 4/5 with randoms you'll never be able to score a 3 point as AI just cares about you and doesn't let you 5cm.
3. The more red less green piechart. USELESS. I don't get this as the classic red/green piechart is BETTER in other stats (finishing and playmaking). Nobody uses it as shooting is nerfed and defense is too easy on this game (e.g steals).
4. VC policy : VC x2 that you win at the wheel isn't working, Daily bonus not working. It's getting worse and worse, you really have to play a lot to grind your players.
5. Builder that makes you create unrealistic (physical) builds. Too many 6"7/6"8 PF with 180lbs (80kg). How the hell is it realistic ? Weight penalize you too much when you go over 6"7 that every builds you face in REC/PARK are skinny. It's the first game that I've seen so many PF/C that have guards physical attributes.

Positive points :
1. Gameplay is good. It requires good comprehension of your player abilities and the game to play well.
2. New piecharts (except the more red less green) that adds variety to the builder
3. No Halftime and after game reactions that are better and save your time

Final Thoughts :
I spent 1000+ hours on this game, so I kinda loved this game as I love basketball.
However the lack of competitors and some friends that wanted me to buy this game kinda forced me to buy it day 1.
Sadly too many friends were in general disappointed about this game. Not sure I'll buy 2k21 for the simple reason of no anti-cheat. It does not only ruins online events but it also ruins 2k community because when you wanna play between the community, some will think you're cheating when you score a lot. I can't agree with this policy

PS : I left a positive vote only for the moment of joy I spent. It deserves a negative vote for no anti-cheat system
