I like the game, it's cute and looks good. I love that they've let you keep moves that you replace so you can change your move set when you want. I like that they add an item that lets you revive + heal your entire team once (and is refillable) w/o needing to back track to the closest healing machine.

The game as a whole though is currently a meh.
It's a grind fest for xp and for money.
The lack of money gained + basic healing items being too expencive, back to back NPC battles esp in the dojo (only way to leave is to die meaning goodbye precious hard earned money) makes it 20% game play, 80% grinding xp and running back and forth healing your team to them go back and grind very low level (highest in the current area) Temtems across the map.

You have to choose - do I grind xp for my level 18+ Temtems that are weak to the dojo Temtems OR do I grind xp for my level 9 - 12 Temtems that are good against the dojo Temtems. Either way the grinding time is about the same.

You come across the same 5 Temtems in the first island with the low chance of seeing something a bit rarer.

It's not really MMO, as you just see other people and can use the 4 emojis to interact, but that seems to be it. I tried to look at the player list and check people but my game soft locked(?) so atm there's no real interaction.
It's a single player game with mandatory internet connectivity.

If you just want a game to waste time running around in pretty scenery and grinding this is your game.
I say wait for it to be more refined before considering buying it.

[Base game only - got on sale]

+ Fun fast paced fighting where you don't need to be an expert at fighting games to play this. Good for beginners.
+ Can skip through the story if you just want to fight / great for when you make new characters - a lot of extra stuff to do beside the main story
+ Can have like 8 or 10 characters and inventory is shared - Can use Zeni to fast level newly made characters so you don't need to re-grind if you don't want to
+ Customization is insane! Customize your character (cant change them once they're made), their outfits which changes their stats and change their skills whenever you want.
+ I love the Hero colosseum / battle simulator - Addicting and I'm glad they didn't add the "pay for TP medals" to PC so it's friendly to people with addictive personalities.

= Helper NPC's can die fast if you're not careful / helping them, esp in swarm battles. It can be a plus or negative depending on your play style and on your level.

- When you make new characters, ALL THE TUTORIALS MUST BE PLAYED and everything that unlocks after playing "x" missions must all be unlocked again!
- They locked character transportation flying behind completing a specific story mission.
- Helper NPC can break your combos.
- Hero colosseum PVP is empty. I havent tried game PVP but reading the forums it's region locked and generally pretty empty until new DLC's are released. Also hackers roam.
- Partner outfit customization is so bland. You can only change the color of their outfits (hands and feet for free, base clothing for 10 TP medals per piece). You have to pay a lot of TP to unlock better skills and stat's for them.

All in all I like this game as it's got good PVE and PVP isnt required to beat the game thank god. I just wish the DLC wasnt expensive as it it because it would be nice to try it out :')

I wish I could like this but I really don't.
Biggest issue: they've changed how food / magic works, they might as well have removed all healing items. Magic stuff hurts you more than it helps and actual food isnt the easiest to find... when you do find it it's not that great either and there's probably enemies close by :')
The magic casting is so slow, you stand there (or run around) for a second or two just waiting for it to actually activate.

Minor thing: you cant sprint and jump but it bugs me.

If you are to play this, rely on manual save / quick save. Auto-save will cr/p out when you need it the most.

Positive: It's a free product, so if you want a pretty RPG that probably has a good story according to everyone else and you haven't played (or don't like) Skyrim's fighting, this could be the game for you.

+ A fantastic game that doesn't pad out game-play time with hours of grinding just to get from mission to mission.

+ Love the story and how your choices affect the ending you get. Love that you get to play Ciri's story parts instead of just watching them.

+ Love the fighting system. It's lose and flows so well and looks professional. It still keeps to the original game of light and heavy attacks - steel and silver sword.

+ Love that you can get different looking armours and weapons - and how adding runes modifies the look of weapons a little.
Love that roach's armour also has different looks.

+ GWENT!

+ Comes with a lot of free DLC many would make you pay for

+ The paid DLC are worth the price's and damn Blood and Wine is beautiful.

This game is just fantastic!!

+ Game is cute and fun. Can sink hours in it at a time and not realise because everything you do is related to a quest, main or side quest (edit: by this I mean there's no grinding outside of main and side quests)
+ I love how they dealt with the costume's in combat - something I've not seen before.

+ Even though it's apparently "partial controller support", aside from the key bindings not showing up in settings, the XBOX controller works 100%.

- The only thing I didn't like is the isometric angle when walking with Keyboard controls. Holding two buttons to walk straight is kinda eh.
Easy fix with the controller but if someone doesn't have one and hates this too, it might get a little frustrating, esp when you need to go over ramps.

Bad port. Even with the mod thing that helps with the controls it's still broken making the game difficult to do anything in.

This game isnt optimised for windows 10 so its a hit or miss when it comes to working on a win10 system.
+ It did work for me.
+ Graphics hold up ok
+ Parkour and open world is fun
+ A lot of different moves and abilities to unlock
+ Enjoyable story
+ Controller compatible

- Cant play anymore of it due to having a panic attack, so if you're high stress / have emotionally dysregulation, I DON'T recommend this game (at least not w/o a cheat engine)
- Game is good but really only worth it when it's on sale , add the fact it may or may not work for some.
- The games volume seems REALLY quiet compared to everything, even at my PC volume being 100%. I have to put my speakers being around 70-80% to get good volume when all other games and general stuff is loud at speakers being max 40%

I wish there was a maybe option for recommend, but I'll tick yes because the game when it does work is pretty good imo.

Was so excited to play it. Stayed up just to play it and immedietly ran into issues.
Got black screen (+ game was much larger than my screen) then when I force closed the game down, it was still considered "running" by steam. The 35 minutes I have "played" was 10 minutes black screen, 25 minutes trying to shut down the game that was alrady shut down. (ran game twice, restarted pc both times).
The uplay "patch" did nothing to fix the issue and there was no far cry folder containing the game app that everyone else had (c:/ whatever / far cry 4)

Uninstalled and will find a working game on PBay. I paid for the daymn game, I'm going to play it.

Cute game but it makes me feel like ♥♥♥♥ coz I keep forgetting about it and all my plants die.
You only get one free plant a week too so it takes forever to actually get anything.

It's alright for calming you and ♥♥♥♥ so I guess it's good.

Microsoft Visual cc keeps crashing the game and wont accept the update. ((Fix plz? ))
I really love this game and want to complete it w/o breaking my laptop. For an old game it looks "A LOT" better then expected.

Overall great game, but please fix the cc issue ;A;
