I have played since the playtest was live and I am going to leave a positive review, as the game is what I expected from BF2042, which did not deliver at all, however, I feel it has some problems, here goes:
PROS

• A (kinda) classic FPS experience, similar to BF4 and Squad with its weapon mechanics
  
• Runs on anything with a GPU
  
• Active playerbase - as of time when writing this review - you can find a game incredibly fast
  
• 127vs127 option - it is quite chaotic, but very fun
  
• Good selection of maps - at the end of the round you can vote for gamemode and the map (day or night), which is very well executed.
  
• Character customization - armor, backpacks, helmets, skintone, face expressions, etc.

CONS

• the game's identity is weird - with its graphics it tries to be a hardcore shooter, which is kinda weird in my opinion
  
• damage system - an SMG (MP5, P90, MP7...) does more damage on longer ranges than an Assault rifle or LMG (problem was
  
• armor system - very weird to say the least, sometimes the armor works as intended, blocks from bleeding from incoming damage, but sometimes you can get instakilled with a low caliber bullet from 250m, while on full health.
  
• recoil - if the game is aiming to be realistic, then the recoil is over exaggerated, especially the ARs.
  
• Squad management not being present while alive - you can only join, manage and kick players from your squad ONLY when you are in the respawn screen, hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Overall, a solid game, has its flaws, but you definitely get the bang for your buck

Sometimes even the enemy crotch.

So, I bought this game back in 2014 and I really enjoyed it. There weren't that many DLC to choose from and less heists. Today, there is one big bundle for a relatively good price with a HUGE amount of content. After everything the PAYDAY 2 was trough, I still enjoy that game. Yes, it still has its issues, and the graphics aren't the best, but I still like it. There are many weapons with a huge amount of customization and skills which can vary if you go sneaky or loud, whether you dodge the damage or tank it. Perk decks also help skills to define your role in the team.

And yeah and you can apparently shout at someone to restore their health.

10/10 for realism

This game is really fun. And amazing. You can build whatever you want. If youre missing something, dont worry, steam workshop or google or something else will have a sollution for you to find(unless its for Gmod 12 or 11 like for me xD).
