Bought game cause a cartoon made me cry. 10/10 would get depressed again.

Great game that me and my 8 year old son can play.

Controls are easy enough for him to be somewhat competent at the game. And the revive system just helps with continuing the fun.

Solid - would recommend to parents looking for an activity that you can just whip out to spend some quality time with your kids.

Early Access Review
Picked up this game early November last year and after 1,123hrs and 3 seasons ending at master's league, I feel like I can now write a proper review for Eternal.

Pros:
- Arguably the best f2p model out there. Didn't have to spend a dime to get to higher ranks -- plenty budget options for new players that are competetive higher levels of play -- this season I took a 0 legendary deck all the way to master's league. I probably play 40mins to an hour at most on a weekdays (5 or so on a Saturday) and I still have enough shiftstone to create almost any deck I want. No daily gold limit and YOU GET TO KEEP THE CARDS YOU PICK ON FORGE OR DRAFT!

- PvE is actually fun and gives a fair amount of gold for people who seek an alternative from ladder.

- Metagame is dynamic and there a plenty of options for people to experiment around with. It doesn't feel stagnant like Hearthstone where 1-3 decks rule the meta for an entire expansion.

- Great card mechanics and depth of strategy. There are ways to interact with your opponent during their turns so it doesn't feel like you're playing solitaire.

- Queue times are fast.

- The community is amazing. Plenty of people willing to help out and share their knowledge.

Cons:

- Can't skip card animations.

- The tutorials need a revamp. Drawn-out and boring.

- The current system to check what cards were played previously is very clunky.

Looking forward to seeing what DWD has in store for Eternal.
