this game is quite grindy but pretty neat overall

Despite the incest memes, it's actually very good!
(There are no horny comments in this serious and 100% dedicated review.)

It may seem edgy sometimes because of the dark themes such as cannibalism and satanism, and the conspiracy plots are yet to be deepened, not so intriguing or eye catching.
But the power dynamic between Ashley and Andrew, OH BOY- their relationship is a tasty, delicious dish, and so far the very highlight of the game.

Their background, their emotion, their relationship, it's very well written and clearly the focus of the game over gameplay or any other development, which are huge points for me. As all the choices in the game evolve around how they will act within each other, rather than reacting to an external action.

It is NOT mandatory to ♥♥♥♥ your sister/brother*. The mood, the atmosphere of the story between them is very different in each route. Get whatever you think should be done to fix their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ situation, or make things worse out of despise. Or be like me and replay through each route, the different dialogues and scenes are really worth it.

There is not much to talk about gameplay- walk and talk, interact, do some puzzles here and there. But that's okay for me at least, I don't see as a bad thing- the simple gameplay makes the dialogues and plot flow easier through the chapter.

I'll be glady achievement hunting this later for sure while I wait for the Chapter 3 to be finished. This game is a nice - and cheap - surprise that surfaced because of the memes and I'm glad I checked it.
