There is a huge issue with cheating in this game, especially regarding recoil macros. Even if you manage to get the cheaters banned through the report system, they will only be banned temporarily. Anyway, they are most likely recreating an account straight away.

I would suggest not bother much with this game until deeper anti-cheat systems are designed, if it ever happens. Unfortunately, this is a broader problem among multi-player games, but PUBG is particularly affected.

Early Access Review
In a nutshell, the more you play, the more you encounter cheaters, especially wall hacks and aim hacks. I even suspect some to teleport or have ways to travel faster. This is too bad because some ideas are nice, like the crafting system, which gives you a reason to move through the map instead of camping. However, the hitbox system is utterly bad.

I would advise to not bother too much until the cheaters problem has been resolved (probably never), and especially refraining from buying their in-game goodies until they work on this issue.

This is one of the worse multiplayer games I have ever played to. It is not necessarily a matter of cheaters, although there may be some. But I will try to explain my point in a short way.

The game in itself is interesting, and has some catchy mechanics where you need to gather materials on the maps in order to complete missions, progress into upgrade trees (like talents trees in MMOs), or craft better items and weapons.

The main issue is the PvP aspect of the game. Basically it is like a PvP server in a MMO, only that when you die, you lose everything you gathered, plus everything you brought up to the map (bag, weapons, medi-kits, tools, etc). The issue is all of that cost virtual currency. If you are pretty unlucky and die to another player, which is really common, you will be broke really quick, without speaking about the frustration. There is a special part in your inventory where you can save items even if you die but usually the capacity is extremely low and therefore useless. Also, you can insure your items, but you will not get the payback immediately.

Some will say that you can go play on the map with just your knife and a bag pack. Thing is that if you encounter someone with weapons, you are most likely dead, unless you manage to flee quick enough. Also, often, the extraction points (to leave the map) are crowded or camped, because their emplacements are predefined, so you will lose everything you gathered during dozens of minutes just at the final moment.

To conclude, I think that something must be done to improve those points in some way or another. Maybe you could at least keep your weapons, their ammo, and armor items when you die. In those conditions, it could be acceptable to lose the gathering, and quickly go back to farming. It could probably be okay to buy the extras again like the medi-kits. I don't really see the point in farming for days to get better weapons and then losing everything just because you died to some random boss monster, lame player, or even the 5-minutes long-lasting thunder which can one shot you (really?) if you're not fast enough to find a shelter.

TL;DR: you will waste your time dying and losing everything in your bag for frustrating reasons which will make you uninstall the game really fast. Hopefully, it's free to play.
