They fixed the stash crash so I can enjoy the game again!

I liked what I saw in the trailers and the early tester gameplay. It plays exactly like what I imagined. Though criticisms about optimization and sticky terrain is real, the looks and atmosphere is immaculate.

Gunplay is legit too and I can tell what enemies I can take on and what I should avoid, as not all of them can be one shot and not all of them are bullet sponges. There is meaning to buying better gun to take on the Eurasian Brawlers in the Mech Trenches as I learned it needed the whole clip to kill one of them at a safe distance before they can reach you. I also didn't know we could hack the bunker so that's a nice surprise. I like the game a lot.

As for the optimization, Ashen Mesa seems to be the most egregious. Whenever you enter the tube connected by two stairs that lead up to a platform, near the extraction is when the game would always freeze for 2 seconds. Stepping in and outside seems to do this.

The camping scene blew me away with that live action camp roast. Love it.

I like the changes

Edited, this is the first time I ever refunded something, then buy it again after seeing other people play the game. Ever since then I've been having a blast. I tried using the sickle blade for the first time on the monkey boss and my god it's literally Attack on Titan, very fun. Didn't regret buying it again.
