It feels like an Early Release preview of the greatest sci fi game ever?

Huge potential / huge disappointment?

If they work on it, fix all the bugs, add the cool stuff we all know they cut out, it could be really awesome in like a year... in 6 months, if they opened the thing up to modding, it could be the greatest game of its type, because the community would fix everything and then some.
