I waited many years for something like this! Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo has a special place in my heart. This game doesn't aim to replace it, but to be it's own thing. The game play is very similar to Puzzle Fighter, but with the added mechanics of wall fusing and a power bar. These added mechanics CAN BE TURNED OFF to make it play like Puzzle Fighter.

I love the fact that you have the option to change the camera angle, which i did. The original tilt of the game play area effected my strategy in the wrong way so once I knew i could do that I was glad. The burst moves makes the characters selection, in my opinion, MATTER! I was the one that I didn't care about the drop pattern (except when I played Dan in Super Puzzle Fighter 2. HAHA!). The added feature of the Burst Powers help tilt the scale of battle.

I love the graphics and seeing some familiar faces from anime's past. While it's not the cast of fighters like Ryu, Chun-Li or Akuma, you get to see Astro Boy and Black Jack!

I came for the familiar game play and I got that, and more!
