It isn't Dota's job to stop you from being obsessed with it like I am. The game is good. Very good. You do not have to deal with pay2win ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t like League's champions, everything apart from cosmetics is free (and even they drop for free sometimes.)

The community for this game is horrific, I entirely agree. But Valve can't do a whole lot about that.

The game itself is good. That's the bottom line.
