Indika is an achievement and stretches the boundaries of what a game can be. It’s a very personal vision executed seemingly without compromise and it is one of the most impactful interactive experiences I’ve had.

This is not a horror game. It is however very unsettling throughout and frightening at times.

This is not a puzzle game. It does include explicitly gamified elements in service of its story.

This is definitely not a long game, at about 4 hours to complete. This will likely be a main point of contention for some, given its price.

For the story it tells the length feels right and for the thoughts and feelings it left me with I think the price is fair. But understand what you’re getting before you buy.

If you found yourself intrigued by the trailer and demo, Indika is an experience well worth the price of a couple movie tickets.

When this game first released the end game was bad and I still thought it was the best feeling and most entertaining shooter on any platform. I was also single with a lot of time to play. I'm married with two kids now and I can not keep up with all the new systems let alone the season passes, and its still the best feeling and most entertaining shooter on any platform. The base game is free, the end game is easy enough to get into and deep enough to build a YouTube career around, and the devs keep adding new interesting stuff year after year. It was worth buying when I paid for it a decade ago and now that part is free! What a world we live in.
