After the fall of the dissonent forces, hellbent on their un-democratic ways, Helldivers everywhere are expected to pick up the pieces, and make Super-Earth the force for freedom it was designed to be.
Liberty Defend you, Helldiver.

*salutes*

In all seriousness, hats off to the community, and the devs, for sticking to your principles, and making sure that we can ALL enjoy this amazing game! ♥'s to you all

As someone who enjoys frequenting the hellscape that is Space-Station 13, this game is right up my alley! Instead of spawning into a station which you need to maintain, or complete, you're dropped onto a planet with nought but a few tools, and a couple've crates, and told 'Survive'.
The survival aspect is rather fun, as it adds a sense of urgency to anyone playing a Human. As far as I'm concerned though, those fleshbags are weak, and my metallic frame is far superior.... as long as the solars are up and running.
If you enjoy SS13, or other space building sims (Space Engineers, Avorion, etc) then this game might be for you! Be warned though; it is NOT for casual play. It is unforgiving, and oftentimes hilarious as you THOUGHT that oxygen tank was cool enough to not rupture in your airlock and depressurise your entire base.

Micro-management Hell, in a dysfunctional space station built by your own hand... 10/10

Warframe is by far one of the best games I've ever played. Not only is the game ENTIRELY FREE, any paid content is essentially purely optional. DE have done a fantastic job with the game, including cinematic quests which are quite frankly good enough to be put on the silver screen.
I thoroughly enjoy playing this game with my friends, and relish the fact that I can help them experience the game as I have, through the Clan system.

11/10!

I've heard a lot of people say theres been no progress, and that they're taking too long to do updates.

Personally, I don't care about any of that.

What I see here is a perfectly good game, with tonnes of potential, and I would rather them take their time and get it right, than rush things, and not quite get what people want - there is nothing worse than people rushing a game, and then releasing it half-finished, or with tonnes of bugs *cough* EA *cough*...

But anyway, this game has a great system, and due to the devs being clever/kind, it has tonnes of potential for mods. I personally use the Avali mod, which basically adds a whole new race to the game, but not just by reskinning one. Using several mods in conjunction, I can actually play the game more like I would want to - with lots of tech, and automation.

I would also like to point out that I'd been following Starbound for a couple've years before they released their pre-order beta - which I was in - and they did so on my birthday, so it was a very nice present ^^

Score: 9/10, just because theres still more to come!

After playing this game for nearly 20 hours solid, I can very happily say I love it!
I'm one of the lucky few (especially considering I have an AMD card) to be able to play the game, and I loooooove it. It has a few buggy areas, mostly due to control schemes - I would recommend using a wheel/controller for driving, and the keyboard for all the rest of it - but otherwise, its awesome!

My favourite part - without spoilers - is the spider tank... It took me a couple of plays, then I realised I was basically playing a Tachikoma from Ghost in the Shell (complete with cute voice and all!)

9.5/10
