This isn't "just" a Roguelike. This is what happens when a Roguelike is injected with narration and challenges, and real goals and a vibrant world to explore. And if you really can't get over yourself, you also have a typical endless dungeon to play. So, shut up AND JOIN THE ADOM!

The Invitation is a low key, extremely well-made movie. It's tense, paranoid, stifling, and intriguing for every single minute of its running time.

Sadly, if you hear anything about the plot and expect horror, or cults, or anything paranormal, you will be sorely disappointed. On the other hand, if you just load it up and let the characters and their crazyness take you in.. then you'll have a good couple of chills.
