The core game and the first dlcs are great. I used to love this game. LOVE. IT.
BUT... After the repentance dlc, I've pretty much given up on getting any enjoyment out of this game at all,

I put 7.000 hours into this, figuring out every synergy, item, trinket, boss, enemy, strategy, tricks, everything, and it all went down the drain after I purchased the last dlc.

I completely understand the idea of updating a game like this to keep the replayability fresh and keep the playerbase satisfied, but not like this. It feels like a total alienation of the loyal longtime players, or a failed attempt at a "new challenge" in a game we've figured out every aspect of already, and have to spend hours rearanging all the facts about every item and part of the game in general. Disappointing and annoying.

I really recommend this game in general, as I've spent countless hours enjoying it and imagine others will too, but the changes could've been done a lot differently for the people already invested in the game.

I sincerely hope you enjoy this game as a whole, but I would seriously recommend starting from scratch before buying any dlcs.
