Needs refining but what Paradox game didn't at release, no?

I'd especially like to see a rework on diplomatic subjects. Why can't I build on my subjects' lands, and why isn't peacefully annexing them instead of having to worsen my relations and fight a war for it an option?

My laptop couldn't handle 10 hours of CK3 every day. The battery is swollen and I can't turn it on fearing the battery will inflate further and catch fire.

10/10 would inflict ~$70 of damage to my laptop again
