Why am I getting only 50 fps on a game that looks worse than Crysis 3 which game out more than 10 years ago

This game has so much potential, but the biggest problem, is also the key "gimmick" to the game. Having to work with others to build and such. As soon as I load in, I have no clue where to go so I google just to find out where my factions base is. I found it and then went in. As I go in, I see three players chatting with each other talking about building a new place to store weapons. Albiet that was cool, They were interrupted by a player grabbed all of the weapons they deposited in their chests, and then walked over to their own base and stored it for themself. I don't know how a system like this can be implemented, but it must. Also there needs to be voice chat. If the necessary measures are taken and the devs care about the game, I will change this review.
