Forget all that noise up there. I'll show you how it's done.

You want to buy the game? What do you want?

1/3rd of the game for a cheaper price?
= Buy the Part One Pack.

Full game with all the missions?
= Buy the "Standard" Edition (a.k.a "HITMAN World of Assassination" on the steam page)

The full game with extra cosmetics, a few side missions and two extra maps?
= Buy the Deluxe Edition


But wait, there's more.


Is the Part One Pack on sale?

If yes:
Is the Upgrade Pack is on sale? (link here: https://steamproxy.net/steamstore/sub/981937/)

If yes:
Is it currently cheaper to buy both of these than it is to buy the "Standard Edition"?

If yes:
= Buy the Part One Pack, then buy the Upgrade Pack.

Doing this will grant you access to the same content as the Standard Edition, sometimes it ends up being cheaper. February.
If you said no to any of those, don't buy the Part One pack until you are sure that's the one you want. Sales happen quite regularly for this game.
