Logged 31 hours into this game already; I must say that it has exceeded my expectations of a Gundam Breaker game. I was really disappointed with the New Gundam Breaker, but this one is right in line with the old gameplay and customization. The attention to detail is something that I must give the developers a big plus! One detail I absolutely love is the fact the if you use the Harute head and use trans-am, four eyes show instead of two just like in the movie Gundam 00 Trailblazer. I am still trying to max out builder parts and collecting all the parts. If you love Gundam, this is the game for you, with 1500 parts (each) for Head, Body, Right Arm, Left Arm, Leg, Backpack, Right Weapon, Left Weapon the possibilities are endless.

I loved this game when it came out, and I have played it for over 399 hours since launch. I have stuck with it because it was fun when it came out; now, with the constant nerfing of weapons, it's hard to find a consistent loadout. I cannot stress how annoying it is to find a weapon that you like just to find out a couple of patches later that it is nerfed. I also don't understand how the devs are thinking along the line of weapon balancing; they have nerfed and buffed the same weapons over and over stating "that it is used often in matches." This game isn't a PVP game where weapons have to be balanced, it has to provide players with a sense of fun so they return to play the game. I am so sad to have to write this game a negative review as it really has been fun playing with friends. The devs really need to do better by the community as the community is responsible for the future of this game. One last little rant, IDK who they have testing the weapons and patches but please do not tell me it was the same people doing the escalation of freedom 24 hour stream. If you haven't seen it, it was pathetic display of gameplay for people who supposedly made the game. The skill I can understand, but shooting at a tank with primary weapons...... cmon let's cut the bs.


EDIT: They have saved the game!!!!! weapons feel great and the experience is how I remember it. Arrowhead, thank you for proving me wrong! Trying to keep this short since I want to get back in the game and play some more!!!! Patch 9/17/2024 1.001.100 saved the game from dying. Please do more fun patches to keep the game alive and players coming back. At the time of writing, there are over 60K+ players in the galactic map as active, LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!! For Super Earth!

Well, here we are almost 6 months later. The game is playable now, there are still some issues but the frame rates are sustainable even with my dinosaur 1080ti. I am actually having fun with the game now, this is how the game should have released with other fixes that could have been patched later on. This plays a lot more like a battlefield game without the classes. Keep this ♥♥♥♥ up and you may see some more people coming back to the game.

This game is compared to Dark Souls a lot of times, i have personally never played Dark Souls. the whole game revolves around the mechanic of perfectly parrying attacks, most bosses are easily defeated if you take the time to actually learn the main mechanic in this game and actually playing it the way it was meant to. I spent 3 hours with the training guy and just kept trying and trying until i figured out that looking at what the enemy does and just playing defensive for the most part is the way to really enjoy this game. You are not some overpowered ninja and actually have to put time into the game and effort, then when you finally think you got the game down and think you are getting really good, the game throws some new enemies your way and really makes you start all over on how you think about when you parry swords vs parrying fists and kick attacks. I am about half way through the game and i cannot express that this is not a game that you pick up and immediately enjoy. It is all in the art of the main mechanic of perfect parrying that you get the most enjoyment out of the game. In one instance i felt that i really wanted to die before i beat the boss just to see how better i have become by just throwing myself into fights and looking at what the enemy does that is a dead giveaway of what the attack is going to be. Learn to love the game by getting good at it, the game is not for everyone and by no means is this a dark souls game. This game in itself is a masterpiece and people need to stop comparing dark souls and sekiro. Watch some people play it or check it out for yourself, when you finally get the hang of it you will start to enjoy the game. Depending on how well you can pick up the parry system, it took me about 3 hours, then thats when you should really start playing the game. Other than that all I can say is there is going to be a lot of cussing during the training period.

In all i got this game on sale for 50 dollars and I have to say that it is worth the full 60 dollars.

First off this game looks amazing, through he countless times this game has been delayed, being able to finally play the final product is ecstatic. The visuals are AMAZING, the music is FANTASTIC, and the game play is an absolute treat. I have been waiting for this game for years and this game absolutely lived up to the hype. The story line is just as good as the past Ace Combat games, so the veterans have a home here in Ace Combat 7. I have played through the campaign 2 times and i am currently on my third run through on ace difficulty. Multiplayer on the other is where this game lacks completely, unlike most FPS games where the main event is found in multiplayer, this game has a lackluster multiplayer selection. From the playing Ace Combat Infinity on the PS3 and having that multiplayer and having that experience kinda killed it for me when i play multiplayer on AC7. I wish they would bring back competitive coop multiplayer PVE. You can only have so much fun trying to outmaneuver your enemies on multiplayer which is what it turns into as you fly in circles trying to bank harder than your opponent to get that missile lock or the LOS for the machine gun. PLEASE bring back the multiplayer from Ace Combat Infinity. IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE THE GAME YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF THE BIGGEST DISSERVICE BY NOT HAVING THIS GAME IN YOUR LIBRARY.

250+ hours of gameplay.... there nothing more to say abou this game. it takes a while to get better at the game, Pro's are still figuring out new mechanics and the game evolves every year. if you watch videos of gameplay from when the game first came out and compare it to how players play the game now is completely a different game. this game is a blast even though sometimes it get frustating. keep playing the game and play the custom training packs people come up with and get better at the game.

with as much time i spent on this game, i love it just as i loved the last one. Definitely one of the best games to start off 2016. If you are wondering whether or not to buy it, take my word for it buy it now. especially the way the developers opened up the game for mods, there are a lot of mods in the workshop. Definitely WORTH the money i cannot stress that enough.
