Random lag spikes on the lowest graphics settings makes this game unplayable, even on a 3060. Will change when playable

Have played for around 18 hours now (Steam doesn't track from loading from the executable directly I guess) and keep encountering game breaking bugs that clearing saves and uninstalling don't fix. In it's current state this game is playable at best. Though being in early access lets some issues slide. I believe For 50$ save your money for the full version (which will cost more) cause at least you might able to play the game.
