This is some genuinely creative game design. The game gave me a sense of excitement and mystery that i haven't had in a long time. This game's spell system is totally unique to my knowledge. It lets you create complex spells and spell interactions in a super simple and intuitive way. The randomly generated world is a voxel environment that fully interacts with the physics system, and in doing so it adds a whole other level of mad science in terms of how you can use a given spell interaction to your benefit in combat.

Noita presents real innovation in both technical execution and game design.

I do think the game would really benefit from some quality of life changes. Its a bummer to have the stat tracking disabled when you install mods to do some easy things that really should probably be part of the vanilla experience.

I would love to see this catch on as an e-sport. High-level play would be super fun to watch.

One of my all time favorite FPS games, and ive played a lot it just about every generation of shooters going back to Wolfenstien 3D. Out of all these shooters, Doom Eternal really stands out, and exists in an elite class of nearly perfectly executed games. This game understands exactly what it is, and it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nails it. The developers here really understand what makes kind of game fun and what makes you want to keep playing, and it just keeps on giving it to you from beginning to end of every bit ive played so far. Still need to finish Ancient gods 1 and start 2.

im 115 hours in, keep getting side tracked with just how fun building stuff is, and i have only killed like 40% of the bosses. Just really good work of game design. So many tiny nuanced things are just nailed in ways ive never seen done in an open world survival game before.

Relaxing but engaging little puzzle/strategy game. Its so simple, but very satisfying.

Its a really fun game. The player base has disipated over the time since its launch though which is a shame. The gameplay is really quite well balenced. This isnt "minecraft with guns". It really is its own game with its own feel.

There is class based combat(not including classic mode), where different classes have different levels of ability in 3 main areas. Combat, rate of digg/destroying blocks, and building things.

Every class can do all those things but each has its specialty. Conventional fps modes like CTF and Deathmatch take on a whole new strategic and fun quality when these things are added into the mix.

I loved this game. I got it in a humble bundle and never really gave it much thought. But than i played it.

Absolutely awesome. The art style, the atmosphere, the humor and the game mechanic are all so original and so satisfying.
One of my favorite games in my library.
