Assassin's Creed and Far Cry are truly the only good games to come from Ubisoft

Then I died about 20 times to Thor's evil, twisted twin.

P.S.: whoever thinks of the bosses of this game, I'm not sure if you deserve an award for creativity or a one-way ticket to an insane asylum. But I like it.

The game has strong points that do outweigh its weaknesses.
First of all is that the open world is perfect; graphics are beautiful, it is a large map, and perfectly captures the sensation of Hogwarts magic. The castle itself is truly a great work, and I've had fun exploring it, along with the various little shires and towns surrounding it--because not just Hogsmeade is there, but the entire countryside around the castle.
Secondly, the boss battles and main missions in the game are flawlessly executed. They are creative and captured my interest all the way through. The final boss battle with Ranrok was one of the greatest boss battles I have ever played.
Combat in the game is satisfying, I cannot think of a better way to execute Harry Potter-esque magical combat.
The game's story is also good, although it has little to do with any of the Harry Potter books.
However, what kills replayability of the game is that the side quests are mostly boring; doing all the Merlin Trials, for example, is dissatisfying and very repetitive. The NPCs in the game, except the ones in quests, cannot be interacted with; occasionally you will hear them talking amongst each other or see some kind of interaction, but aside from that they feel lifeless and very much just there for props. You feel alone, running about a castle by yourself; once you have explored, there is no need to travel anymore for any unique interactions, you can just use Floo Flames because all you will find in between is the same lifeless NPCs. Perhaps I have been spoiled by Rockstar games, but that is my main disappointment with this game.
Otherwise, I encourage you to buy Hogwarts Legacy. Don't feel compelled to pursue every side quest, but the main story is worth playing.
