fun back in the day, now its stuck in permanent early access and not many players left. i miss this game :(

surprisingly addicting, feels like a beefed-up Plague Inc - there's a hidden depth to it that I enjoyed.

If you are holding off because of the mixed reviews about how buggy the game was on launch, don't. The game has been polished significantly over the last few months and I havent run into any significant problems so far.

EDIT: It also bears mentioning that the multiplayer is dead - even less active than Frozen Synapse 1.

Because the AI will come and wreck your ♥♥♥♥ if you poke it too hard
Solution: expand carefully and deliberately enough not to get obliterated when the AI comes for you

Some helpful tips:

You can drop a chandelier on a guard near the elevator.
The escape car is really fragile, be careful.
If you find some guard patrol plans, you can change them (my favourite is to make them run around a lake)
Grappling hooks are fun but occasionally impractical.
The tranquiliser gun is almost OP.
The tiger is LETHAL. Not being eaten is virtually impossible ._.
The Orangery has an orange you can steal for an achievement
The actual vault itself is very time-consuming to get through.
Don't be distracted by the pretty effects (lightning, rain, etc.).
The difficulty spike in the mansion (or as much of one as there can be in half an hour of gameplay) is easy to get past if you have the right tools.
Thief-vision really isn't all that helpful.
For the "first five francs" achievement, you need to get it in loose change for the achievement to work (stealing the equivalent of five francs doesn't work). Using some of that loose change on a vending machine stops you from getting that achievement.
If you stop and listen very carefully in the elevator without hitting the "down" button, you can occasionally hear someone talking/walking around. Don't worry, they aren't a guard and they have no impact on your gameplay.
The hardest part about the achievement "In the shadows" is that it considers desk lamps to be lights. You have to make sure you personally deactivate them, even though one starts deactivated and you have to turn it on and off again.

This is a fun little heist game, I enjoyed it, the storytelling reminded me of The Stanley Parable a little bit.
