Even though the game is not new players/newbie friendly, you can overcome – with patient – the difficulty by playing frequently.

For competitives players, it should've some kind of traning method like CS:GO, enabling the player to noclip around the map, without time, etc. Also it's pretty hard to get to know all the maps without some kind of Deathmatch casual games.
