Tive um pesadelo.
Nele você sorria,
Caminhava para longe
E não voltava no outro dia.

Chorava enquanto dormia,
E a noite parecia não ter fim.
Até os monstros de baixo da cama
Ficaram com pena de mim.

Já o vulto no meu quarto
Abraçou-me em reflexo,
Pois, nunca na sua eterna vida
Ficara tão perplexo.

Mesmo num pesadelo,
Era melhor que estar acordado,
Pelo menos nos meus sonhos,
Eu a tinha ao meu lado.
