Up front admission. I love Zachtronics games. If you like open ended puzzles with a multitude of solutions check this out. I love that you can solve the puzzles your way, but you can go back and optimize in order to get a better solution. The great thing is you don't have to. As long as it works you can move on. Any time I see a new game by this developer I buy it, because everything that they've released has been really interesting and challenging.

A tongue in cheek crew management game with gameplay inspired by roguelikes. I did one complete playthrough and it would be fun to do it again and see some of the other crew members. Lots of references to see.

Warframe is a grindy loot shooter that just keeps you coming back for more. The steady updates keep adding more things to do and more gear to use, and the story keeps getting better and better. The game mechanics feature a lot of interconnected systems that aren't always well explained. If you are a new player don't be afraid to reference the Wiki or any of the other great fan made guides, or ask in region chat. The community is generally very helpful. It can seem overwhelming starting out but the community is great and once you get into it there is a ton of customization and options. No matter what your preferred play style theres a kit for you.

I can't believe I spent so many hours playing this. It really hooks you and pulls you in. A mindless yet entertaining game to play when you don't want to play anything serious. Even plays itself when you aren't actively playing it.

I just keep coming back to this game. Rogue Legacy is a game that can be enjoyed in small pieces but it takes a long time to master. I love getting a little bit better every time I play. The basic mechanic is that every time you die you start over as a new character, but any upgrades you've purchased persist. I still have only beaten the first two bosses after 26 hours, but the randomly generated dungeons have stayed fresh and interesting. I definitely recommend this game.
