It's slowly becomes better, but I'd say way too slow. Still lags like hell sometimes. Hopefully, they will finally stop with all those unnecessary cosmetics and optimize their game properly. Neither can I recommend and neither can I do not recommend this game as I do enjoy the feels that this game gives. It's somewhere inbetween utter garbage and godlike game.
