What Remains of Edith Finch is weird. Very, very weird. But not in a bad way at all. The game has some great lighting and while some areas may look a little dated, my overall consensus on the graphics are that they are good enough to be very immersive. The story itself is gripping and is constantly interesting, with each chapter feeling like an entirely different game. In one part I found myself playing two games at once, which I found really quite unique. The voice acting is also very strong, and strong emotion is displayed throughout the game.

While the game itself is short in length, around 2 hours long, the story is rich and compelling as each stage of the game feels new and refreshing. I was gripped for the entirety of the playthrough. I highly recommend this game to anyone who wants a incredibly unique gaming experience which I will never forget. This game is the complete package. If you haven't played it yet, you are missing out on an incredible experience.

Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition has stunning graphics and unique movement mechanics. The game features detail-rich backgrounds, with, atmospheric music which is both soothing, but it often also increases the tension in some of the harder phases of the game. While I enjoyed the majority of the game, I feel it is a little overhyped as some of the levels became a little tedious, as they would would often involve the player dying many times just to figure out the solution. I guess that critique is more of a subjective thing, some players may enjoy that aspect of the game. Overall, the game is fairly challenging, but not too challenging. It keeps you engaged the entire playthrough, and you can expect to find many hours of enjoyment from this game. The perks and movement are what set it apart from other platformers in the genre, as some of the abilities you learn can completely change how you travel around the map.

To conclude, while I found some areas to be a little testing on my patience, the overall experience was a very positive one, with its beautiful backdrops, music and compelling difficulty and movement, this game will certainly go down as one of the best platformers I have ever played.

A Story About My Uncle is a very polished, good game. This is predominantly due to its incredibly strong and unique movement. It has been the most enjoyable movement-based game I have ever played, rivalled only by titans of the genre such as mirror's edge. The story itself is fairly weak, but not necessarily bad, it's a fairly simplistic concept, but the execution and the way the objective is completed, is where all the enjoyment comes from. In addition, the graphics have aged incredibly well. The shaders and lighting look amazing for a game released in 2014. Even the textures look pretty good, and the game runs very smoothly. In the graphics department, the only flaw I can find is with the character models, which in 2020, look pretty bad, but as I have mentioned earlier, the emphasis really isn't on the story, and the rest of the game looks borderline phenomenal, especially when you consider this game was released 6 years ago.
Overall, I highly recommend this game for people seeking a several hours of some of the most enjoyable, unique movement in any game. Due to it's emphasis on the movement, I can definitely see a lot of replayability with this game and I intend to play it again at some point in the future.

Firewatch is a beautiful game, with a compelling story that keeps you hooked until the end. While the game is fairly short, it is in the "walking simulator" genre of story-driven games, so its short length doesn't feel like you've been cheated. It has some of the most unique visuals of any game I have ever played, and I am certain most of you will have seen ingame screenshots from the game across many wallpaper websites. The lack of a HUD simply make the numerous vistas throughout the game, look amazing and compelling. It is one of the most complete game experiences I have had the pleasure to play through, and the only downside I can find with this game, is that sometimes the movement can feel a little clunky and awkward, but this is a problem that typically plagues walking simulators, so it's not a serious complaint. I highly recommend this game to anyone who just wants a short, but moving story to be completely immersed in for a few hours.
