pretty cool sandbox game, fleshed out Intro, a loot to do and explore, pixel perfect graphics, and endless playability

The game is superb. You manage everything from Research, over Diplomacy to Division Layout in your chosen Country until you, or the AI plunge the World into the 2nd World War. You can chose whatever Nation existed before the War. Altough there are suggestions for Nations such as Germany or France with individual paths to chose in a Focus Tree.
It has a steep learning curve, and until you understand that supply is as important as having the Men to fill your ranks you find yourself grinded down by Attrition in the midst of the Soviet winter or the heat of the desert.
The game has no tutorial, but if you invest some time to learn one system after another you will become a suitable Field Marschal to rule the world, or to just watch the other countries burn.
And one of the best points is the incredible modding community, there are so many great mods out there, that give the game an incredible replayablity.
