Honestly, this game's Steam release had a really rough start. Right now I can't say I'd recommend it fully, but I'd put about the same faith in this as an early access game. They've finally started listening to the community more and they have updated it about seven times within the last month instead of having two month breaks with no communication. With the game itself, it's not for everyone. If you like EVE Online, this game is similar in its economy and such, possibly a bit lighter. The combat is different from the standard FPS or TPS, don't expect to play it like CS:GO, combat is long and it focuses on being able to track and shoot a single moving target and move enough to make it difficult for people to shoot you. If you try the game, make sure you go through all the tutorial missions followed by asking other players for help getting your bearings. Overall, if you have $15 to waste either try out the game or donate it to charity.

I have to say, this is one of the most enjoyable first person shooters I have ever played.

It's like a job that you pay for, still would recommend to anyone with the time to spare as it is pretty hard to get into.
