Reginald "Spazburruh" Fappington is the current heir to the throne of the small principality of Bel Air.

Born and raised in western Philadelphia, the young Reginald Fappington spent most of his days on the playground playing basketball. After his fourteenth year, the young prince was subjected to a viuolent physical altercation with those who wanted to end the reign of the future monarch. Reginald's mother, worried for his safety, sent him to live with his Aunt and Uncle, the archduke and archduchess of Bel Air.

His mother arranged for Reginald to be taken to the island nation by boat, and sent him on his way. However, his voyage was ill-fated, as the boat was attacked by pirates. Posing as a lowly cabin boy, Reginald's life was spared, and he was kidnapped by the pirates. Fappington's natural leadership allowed him to rise through the ranks of the pirates for seven years. As a young man, Reginald became the captain of the Maersk Alabama, and led the pirate crew to Bel Air.

Upon his arrival in Bel Air, Fappington was met with much celebration. He revealed his true identity, and had the pirates publicly executed. As his father lies in critical condition, Reginald patiently awaits his ascension to the throne.
