This is for the current state of the game and all the missing features that were promissed.

Pros:
1. The city itself looks amazing. The cars look amazing. The clothes and styles look amazing.
2. The story and the characters are amazing.

Cons:

1. Imagine a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of bugs. Now multiply it by a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you'll get a picture, more or less.
2. Some bugs stop you from advancing the quest, and it doesnt matter if you reload, skip time etc. You're just stuck.
3. Character backgrounds are absolutely useless. They take about 10minutes to complete and give nothing to the character. At most, from time to time, you get a line or two that is specific only to your character's origins. That is it. The origins themselves even do not make sense (etc. corpo background). From the completely useless background you instantly skip 6months, I rather have played those 6th months...
4. The cars handle like ♥♥♥♥♥.
5. The car AI is horrible. They cannot avoid a car parked on a sidewalk if it's even 5 centimeters on the road. And they drive SUPER ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SLOW. I mean, ridiculously slow.
6. You cannot edit your character's looks beyond character creator at the start of the game.
7. The police AI is non existent. They just spawn out of nowhere, and do not chase you at all. At this level I don't understand why even put them in the game...
8. The games main quests lead you on a main storyline from the start that, RolePlay wise, urges you to stick to the main quests, because doing otherwise would completely break all logic.
9. The game is linear. You don't really have any real choices to make apart from the actual end.
10. Your character, is more defined than Geralt was in the Witcher games. It never feels like YOUR character, even though V is an interesting character.
11. You cannot customise your car, at all, not even repaint it.
12. The city, while looks amazing feels absolutely dead, since there are absolutely no activities beyond the quests.
13. No button to toggle slow walk. You'll be running slower or faster all the time. Really adds to the immersion.
14. Your phone just never shuts up. Especially at the start. You'll get dropped A LOAAAAAD of calls and messages and thanks to that you'll get lost a bit in the story of each quest.
15. If you expect the game to have as much detail as Witcher 3, you will be very VERY very disappointed.
16. Generated NPCs in the world. Absolutely lifeless, look creepy and out of place. Hit eatch other while walking.
17. Mirrors. You have to actually ACTIVATE them, like a TV, to see your characters image...
18. You are the only motorbike rider in the world of Cyberpunk. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
19. Throughout the game you will look like a clown, since your clothes won't match because you'll be focusing on stats of the items. You cannot swap swap stats with other item appearance. At least 1st person perspective doesn't make you look at yourself all that much.
20. It's 2021.11.28 now and barely anything got fixed, not to mention that nothing was added. GOTY.
