какой же это ♥♥♥♥♥♥ больше никак не назвать.
Лояльность работает через непонятно какое место 3 города поддерживают друг друга, есть губернаторы и правительственная площадь, ИИ ставит в упор рандомный город и всё минус три города, а ему всё равно. Что за бред?
Стилистика мультяшная выглядит не очень.
Стихийные бедствия тоже сделаны не очень.
