Playing as a hedonistic and seductive duke in Antioch, I secretly had intercourse with the wives of all of my rivals in order to father their heirs. I even braved through a syphilis plague in Constantinople to make love with the Byzantine Empress herself. After seducing a particularly thicc duchess in Armenia, I began to notice a second syphilis plague creeping down counties adjacent to the Tigris river and then as far east as the eye could see.

To make a long story short, I accidentally gave syphilis to the entire Sassanid Empire. It killed man, woman, and child without discretion, and it crippled my once-prosperous rival.

Under the banner of the Byzantine Emperor, who by this point was unwittingly raising my infant son, we proceeded to conquor Persia.
