Claustrophobic and dark, loved it

I didn't want to review the game before it was finally finished, though I do think it's great. However, the recent review bombing by shrimp-limbed morons have made me reconsider this.

It's a fantastic experience, great sound design and punchy guns, amazing soundtrack, and competent AI. It's the new era FEAR. Highly recommended even if still early access. I also highly respect the dev for standing their ground.

It's Quake 2

I just love everything about the game. Visual, music, movement, characters, just a great experience overall.

Beautiful game, a lot of potential to design what you love. My main issue is that the game isn't very straightforward with how to make certain things like bridges and taller buildings, as well as some missing elements that could be added as pre-made options.

Incredible experience. Have to give props for nailing the atmosphere of Black Mesa. You truly feel like you're part of the catastrophe. So much to explore, fantastic sense of wonder, and very inviting for exploration.

Beautiful visuals and music, very relaxing. My main gripe is the lack of difficulty and some lacking content.

Amazing game, and I can't stress it enough. The music is incredible, the guns are satisfying, the game-play feels tight with solid movement mechanics and fantastic sound design, and the small story pieces are well-written and interesting. Highly recommended.

Solid mechanics, good enemy design, and varied tools. Can become repetitive with the lack of variations in the facilities, but has a lot of potential for the future. Incredibly fun with friends. Would love to see more enemies later on and more variation among the planets and locations.
