I was enjoying my first playthrough, aside from some glitched quest bugs, when stuff happened that made no sense. I was surrounded by allies, so I was on a temporary break from attacking anyone. Factions had declared war on me, but with allied buffers I negotiated passage treaties and I was still trying to get my fleets into position. During this time, my galactic reputation went from 100% positive to 100% negative, and my happiness went from over 90% to 15% and planets rebelling. I couldn't understand why, and that's when I stopped playing. One of my biggest gripes with this game is that it's filled with NPC dialogue that keeps throwing names at me, but with no context to make choices and who is whom.

I was doing great until level 6s showed up and insta-killed my level 10 guards. Interesting idea, poor execution.

There's an option at the start to set what shows up for the prompts. I chose the PS layout. Even though I'm using a controller, the in-game prompts still show the keyboard, making it impossible to do the QTEs. Lazy and Sloppy.

A game that seems to be inspired by Curse of Monkey Island, one of my favourite games. If you've never played it before you must, but also play Darkestville Castle because it's a fun game.

It says fast paced, but the opening stage is so painfully slow I couldn't stand it. Just as I was getting to the exit, the exit moved to the opposite side of the map. I'm done.

Why is there paid DLC being advertised to me in the middle of the skill screen?

Who hides a cat behind a menu button where it can't be seen or clicked on?

I couldn't get past the tutorial which tells me what to do, but now how to do them. I quit after running out of fuel trying to orbit on a planet and hitting the sun.

It has a lot of cool ideas, but the combat is terribly balanced.

I don't play mobile games, so how to progress isn't obvious to me. I'm still in chapter 1 and my party isn't strong enough to progress, but doing the xp battles gave me a few levels and then I had to spend consumables to unlock the level cap, and that still wasn't enough to advance in chapter 1. These types of walls are not fun.
