The movement and camera controls are so clunky. The game looks beautiful so far and is intriguing to play but man the movement controls are just so bad. Like did the creators outsource the movement to some third party company that half-assed it? It feels like this game was completely designed before the movement and feel of the character and then they ran out of money. It just feels bad to play. I have no other problems with it so far. Don't get me wrong there are other flaws but this game would deserve Very Positive reviews if the movement wasnt a 1/10.

P.S. maybe its a bad port? Was this game not made for PC?

TLDR: Epic story, interesting moral dilemmas and introspection, great sequel, fun new puzzle mechanics but more difficulty desired from a veteran TP1 and Road to Gehenna player. Friendly to new players who have not played TL1 but the story may not initially hit as hard, idk?

The expanded story and philosophy from the first game was f*cking awesome. I love how interactive it is and how your actions impact the narrative. I truly have changed in mindset because of this game and have a rescinded love and faith in humanity. My only complaint is that its not more interactive, and I think the game might push you towards 1 of the endings (which is ultimately more fun) It would have been interesting to see a big split in what players chose to do and have them argue and debate which ending was correct. But I also love that we can all be united in our general faith in humanity.

The Puzzles and new mechanics were fun and interesting, I think overall I had a lot less trouble with the puzzles than in Talos 1. Talos 2 is sometimes a bit easier. Although, that may ultimately be for the best as Talos 1 had a couple of BS star "puzzles" which this game handles much better. However, I do miss the challenge. Only the last few golden gate puzzles towards the end truly stumped me. I am ready for bonus content and more challenging puzzles. Hopefully we can get some DLC like the Gehenna DLC for Talos 1. There are sooo many mechanics now and I would love see them explored even deeper in combination with one another.

SPOILERS:
Moments I loved most:
* Trevor's audio logs
* Lifthransir's audio logs opening my mind on the meaning of nature and the bit about the Stag was interesting
* There is a guy who wants to make cats immortal and I said something along the lines of "death is a natural part of life" and he clapped back with like "is it? does it have to be?" and that moment really struck me.
* There is another guy who wants love which really moved me and skewed me in one direction.
* Stratton, still looking for the 12th audio log
* Cornelius and getting to save Miranda was the best ending, then Yacut and Miranda ending scene was so cute.
* Favorite puzzle was the golden puzzle in W-2 (place with all the giant statues)

Least favorite stuff:
* Pandora puzzle in the desert, there is a hidden connector in a level with no connector, I found that to be a bit annoying because logically you would never look for it there. Would have been better if the puzzle required a connector to solve.
* Pandora puzzle in W-2, found the drill-able wall quite early but took forever to find the drill. Would have been better if it was a drill that was part of a puzzle that you could take out of the puzzle by doing something clever.
* Sometimes the Sphinx puzzles were a bit repetitive and boring. The chase the spark puzzles were also not exactly clever but they usually did a good job of encouraging you to explore the environment.
* The stars unlocking a vision of the future is meh, Id rather have more puzzles haha.
* The trevor and lifthransir audio logs are in order by location so when you missed one they are easy to find, they also show up on the compass. The Stratton audio logs are in order from when you find them, which is probably intended but I have 1 missing and I don't remember which location I didnt find him in....

If you worked on this game, keep up the great work, I loved it and I and I want more!

The best experience of gaming Ive ever had. Changed my view of the competitive gaming and allowed me to find respect for the professional gamers out there. Im incredibly thrifty and am always against using pay to win yet here in dota where i get no advantage for spending money ive found myself spending the most money into a game I ever have because I respect the community and the makers of the game.
