Great fun

ADDICTED!

I could play this for hours on end just for the exploration.
I'll hold off until it comes on sale and has a bit more work done on it as I can't see it having enough polish by the beginning of December.

++ Cruising with your friends down the side of a mountain, just taking in the sights.
+ Looks Stunning and it definitely captures the pristine calm of a snowy mountain.
+ Controls have a lot of interesting depth to them. They seem weird at first but feel good after a while (not perfect tho).
+ Play the way you want. Competitive? There's a ton of different types of challenges. Just want to be Batman? There's plenty of ledges/platforms to jump off. Want to chill? Grab a mate and plot a new route down the mountain.
+Challenges are actually challenging!

-landing your board/skis in this game seems super random, I'd like to see a more consistent control for this.
-The analogues feel too sensitive and makes it a little hard to have complete control when you want to make small adjustments (like when avoiding trees).
-Big fat ugly icon covers up your mates unless they are super close. This makes it super hard to see the tricks they are pulling off.

Overall, I loved it because of the views, exploration, and drop in/drop out play with mates.

If you just want to race or do tricks like most snowboarding/skiing games then this might not be the perfect game for you, but it still does those things pretty well. I loved 1080 games back on the Gamecube and N64, but this blows them away.
