Well, it's quite obvious, isn't it? HDPE has long, linear chains (given), while LDP has shorter chains. The relationship between hydrocarbon length and boiling point is directly related to surface area, which is influenced by Van der Waals or intermolecular forces. As the chain is increased in length, the surface area increases (for obvious reasons) and so does the amount and strength of the Van der Waals. So HDPE, being the hydrocarbon with longer chains, will have more intermolecular forces and therefore a higher boiling point.
