the assistance of tools and machinery, cutting grass, maintaining planters,
sweeping up grass / leaves, trimming trees / bushes and planning flowers /
shrubs.

Roads:
Using road sweeping machinery to keep the roads clean, tidy and safe, salt and
grit the access road / car park when required.

Buildings
(external): Keeping guttering and drains free of blockages,
waste disposal, emptying cigarette bin, cleaning windows / doors, repairing
& painting walls, fences, masonry, doors and windows.

Buildings
(Internal): Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping,
scrubbing, or vacuuming, empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Follow
procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to
prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

Dishwashing: Wash
dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Clean
garbage cans with water or steam. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and
utensils in clean and orderly condition.
