Graphics are so-so; not eyehurting, but far from pretty. At least it doesn't require a supercomputer.
Sounds are nice and bring over the Terminator 1-2 movie feels.
Music is EPIC.
Gameplay is nice on hard or extreme difficulty, one complaint here is that the actual difficulty drops immensely after becoming a "distance warrior" or going "purple" with many aquired skills. It goes from "sneaky beaky" to "I'M RAMBO" quite quickly.

Altough the game is far from perfect I had great fun with it. Even the bug that I randomly did not get the first mandatory story archivement was funny. Had to search like an hour to realize it was the first mission that glitched a bit. I absolutely recommend it for a weekend.
