Don't even know what to say. Since it was announced, I already was skeptical with the new 3d style and graphics, but I still believed it would turn into a decent game, since Trey and Matt were in charge of its development. The result was horrendous.

The combat feels bland and the only thing you do is mash the attack button until you drain out the enemey's hp, not to mention that there are only 3 weapons of each type (melee and ranged). The cards mechanic was something I quite liked, I feel if the combat wasn't so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it maybe could've turned into a very dynamic and fun experience, rather than a "let me press the same button for 20 minutes until the level ends" one.

Honestly, I was expecting the graphics to be my biggest disappointment, but surprisingly, it was the thing I most liked about it, I really feel that I could like a 3D SouthPark game if the rest of the game weren't ♥♥♥♥.

Definetly, what ruined this game/experience for me was really the lacking of SouthPark essence. If you compare the jokes, and their "deepness", this game doesn't even come to the other two game's toes. Not to mention the lack of story. I mean, 3-5 hours of gameplay...... REALLY? The previous 2 games had such a good story line that I thought this one would follow as well.... but nope. You can't even call this a storyline, really. I will not spoil it, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I've never seen a more rushed and underdevoloped storyline in my entire life.

Last but not least is the way the game is constructed: it really remembers me plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 vibes, where you have a sort of hub and you select the missions and go to certain areas. I mean, this could work? Maybe, for an action/fighting game where the main ideia is not south park, but to use south park content. Imagine what could have been of snow day if it was an open-world 3D RPG. It would "reviving" the essence of the simpsons hit & run. Basically, this "level" styled gameplay it just didn't work out, as the fun side of the other 2 games was that it looked like you were actually in an episode, and this doesn't look nothing like it.

I give it a 4/10, just for the courage to transition from a 2D to a 3D game (and being the best part of it). I don't really think this game is fixable, I hope this served as a lesson to the creators to hit jackpot next opportunity
