The gun play is fun, but that's all there is. Nothing more.

If you like shooters with no perk system, no class system, no prone, only one weapon slot, no map/environment interactions, no vehicles, no kicking AFK players, janky movement, janky weapon reloading, poor level design, only one game mode, no squading with random team members, no pinging, confusing UI/UX, no team balancing, no killstreaks, and lots of premium skins to buy with real money, then you're in luck.

The game has a lot of potential, but seeing that none of the above features have been added since the game's release 4 years ago, I don't expect things to change. If things do miraculously change, I'll revisit this review and revise accordingly.

For now, your time is better spent in a game like BattleBit.

It's nearly impossible to shoot anyone with the amount of rubberbanding that happens in multiplayer lobbies. That, and lobbies end after 2 minutes since 64 player lobbies tend to eliminate the 250 enemy forces very quickly.

They failed to properly implement the main selling point of this re-release, which is 64 player lobbies. Refunding for now, but I hope to repurchase after some major fixes and change this review to a positive one.

An extremely unique and fresh take on the thriller genre that takes me back to the early to mid 90s with its PS1/Dreamcast stylized theme. A well crafted story with simplistic gameplay, surprising replayability, and no cheap cliche (no jump scares).

Bonemeal Productions hit it out of the park with this one.

P.S. I caught at least 200 pounds of fish.
