i've seen box art and heard about the game throughout my childhood, but never got to play it.

playing it for first time now, it felt like nostalgic trip. it's just has that unique 2000s eastern european game vibe to it.

i moderately enjoyed it. there's multiple endings which need specific requirements. if you want true ending, be sure to search for requirements. i got most unsatisfying ending for first time, which was kinda slap in the face after going through everything story-wise in game.

i loved the vibe of the game, but not so much of a gameplay as I am terrible at these sorts of games. I was even struggling on assist mode lol
totally makes you ragequit in majority of places. dashing and getting stuck below the ground frequently after having good run was annoying.
Even though, I still recommend it, cause someone would enjoy this game more than me.

game's great fun. i enjoyed it. story is alright, but kind of short?
taking down camps and upgrading a car was biggest highlight of the game for me.

i do NOT recommend grinding to 100% completion. i did 90% and had no strength to do last in-game challenges for steam achievements.
also one achievement is tied to online and servers are dead, so you gotta cheese it with save game or achievement manager.
not to forget other achievement needs to be done in specific order... so just don't bother with grinding everything out.

it is rare gem of a game, but i don't see myself replaying it anytime soon (after all that 100% grinding lol)

one of most fun games i've played

perfected the game, did all achievements and wish there was more
going after 100% completion is kinda tedious cause of very slow in-game currency (overcharge) gain

had some occasional bugs, but nothing that exiting to main menu or restarting game couldn't fix
does need some extra work with save game corruption bug (you can find fix in other reviews)

8.5/10 (would be 9.5/10 for me, if there were no bugs)

watched my brother play this when i was little
now i have played this myself and enjoyed it quite a lot

update 02/10/2023 - servers are back up but it seems like only seasoned players are playing, making it difficult to enjoy the game for casual players. be aware of that

now i know what it takes to be a real mafioso

• greedy monetization and practices (ex. gacha system in events, 20 buck skin recolors)
  
  there's so much i could add to the list, but im keeping it short
  this comes from casual player who's been playing since season 0 with almost 3k hours
  i have already quite burned out from game that could've been so much better
  
  it was good till it lasted
