UNPLAYABLE!

After waiting two days to download this game (I live in the countryside) I click "Play", wait for all the initial start up messages to do what they do, and finally reach the first "game" screen but then, I suddenly get an "Unhandled Exception" ERROR and cannot proceed any further.

This is just unacceptable, (I understand this problem may be unique to my machine but I feel I should warn people just incase.)

If this problem becomes resolved, I will change my review.
