*EDIT* I realized shortly after the release of the game that the adult content is a free dlc. So my comments below about the adult content can be ignored*
*NOTICE* This is an early access despite them not advertising as such. I would say its actually in beta stage. Many of the levels are haphazardly put together. I.E. door ways will open up into the void of empty game engine where you can leap off into oblivion. Some doors/walls/buildings dont even have collisions on them, so you may accidentally wander right through them, sometimes leading to your endless descent into game engine nothingness as the playable level forever fades further into the sky. The friendly AI is mostly useful, they do navigate to their target points, engaging enemies along the way, which they are usually very capable of killing on their own. Enemy AI is... well, fine for the price tag. But sometimes the levels they put the AI into are not capable of navigating it. The school level is a prime example. I turned a corner and 19 out of the 21 spawned enemies were all trapped in side one room. Why they all spawned there? I have no idea. But it seems the dev team might have only ever played the first few levels of this game, then decided that the rest of the game must be fine, because too often you run into spawning issues. One level I spawned in and was immediately encountered by over half the enemy spawn on the map. 2 of my teammates were instantly killed, one some how survived and managed to kill a few, and thankfully my armor saved my own ass so I was able to get to cover fast enough and start picking them off. But seriously, how and why are spawn points in the same room as the room the player starts in??? Game Design 101 ♥♥♥♥ here guys. *GAME BREAKING BUG* The train level is unbeatable, for me at least. I get to the "move to X check point* and nothing happens. I literally cannot get any closer to the marker, and I stood on it for way too long to see if it would trigger. Again this leads me to believe the devs have not play tested all of their levels. So I can no longer progress in the story being that each level requires the previous one to be completed before moving forward. So far into the game there is NO SEXUAL CONTENT OR NUDITY. Not sure why those tags are applied to this game, but from what I have experienced, there is non. The dating aspect of the game is pointless. It serves no purpose other than something to spend your money on besides weapons and equipment. The date scenes are tedious, the dialogue is cringe worthy and horrendously translated. The story makes no sense what so ever. One mission you are in the subway killing terrorists, then all of a sudden you are in the middle of a forest getting mauled by a bear and are saved by some sniper hunter woman who wants to join your terrorist hunting organization. Wtf!?! Also an inconsistency that bothers me is that they refer you and your team and organization as terrorist hunters, but every bad guy is labeled a "gangster". So are we fighting common street thugs in organized crime or actually going after terrorists that threaten the well being of our nation and people? 2 very different things that have very different branches of government to deal with them. Some days we are like super heroes protecting the common rabble from drug dealing thieves and other days we are saving the world from the threat of uranium bomb wielding terrorists. This game is a half slopped together mess, with a lot of bugs and simply too many design oversights. With that said, the gun play is good enough, there are moments where I was actually enjoying taking out entire groups of gangster/terrorists. And as you build up your squad of 4 it becomes more fun to send your ladies in to clean up shop rather than me doing all the work. Another point to explain why this is definitely an early access title is that there are literally tabs in the menu that have no function yet. For example "clothing" options for your lady friends has no function yet. And being there is no sexual content in this game but is labeled as such, one can maybe assume that we will get adult content added some time in the future? No idea. But my conclusion is that this game came out half baked, and half confused about what it is. Quoting the store page here: "Our mission is to redefine the FPS genre by combining two types of games into one. To reward the players with an unprecedented level of sophistication, depth, and fun." This game falls WAY short of any of those claims, and if they are staying true to that motto then expect this to be a work in progress for the next 2 years. Nothing about this game is redefining any genre. There is no sophistication or depth to any of the mechanics as is. Its literally a straight up low budget squad shooter with pointless dialogue scenes in between showcasing the 3d models of sexy women. In it's current state I do not recommend this game to casual gamer, they will find it frustrating. To those who were looking for adult content, look elsewhere (for now?). Those looking for a dating game, this hardly even falls into the genre being that the dating "mechanics" serve no purpose other than to introduce more cringy dialogue. This one needs to go back into the oven for now.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ what a ride it has been! I am only about half way through the game and I cannot wait to keep going. An absolute masterpiece of a game, a co-op experience unlike anything else out there. The hardest laughs I have had in a game and a shared joy between my co-op player and I that is simply unparalleled. Every level plays like a new game, the mechanics change, you interact with the world differently no sooner then it starts to get stale. No game has ever worked so hard to keep you interested, motivated, and wanting to experience what comes next. I am completely floored by how genius every part of this game was made. You will go from platformer to 3rd person shooter, to top down dungeon crawler, to co-op flight and many more all in the span of a few hours. And the craziest part is that it all feels great! Every level is a new mechanic that keeps the gameplay fresh and engaging. Every level is a new part of the story building to expand on the interaction between the main characters and their daughter. It is a true cooperative masterpiece that deserves all the respect and praise it is receiving. Some puzzles are harder than others, but you will never feel completely stupid, just smart enough to get your way through them and on to the next part. Puzzles actually require communication and collaboration to complete, which believe it or not, is not common in most "coop" games. Each character has their own function, purpose, role in the game that requires that visual or audible communication is had. there is no obstacle that can be done as a solo player. Brilliance. The story works because it's relate able, grounded and part of many peoples lives. Screw what any media outlet says about it, there is a story, it plays a role, and though the theme (divorce) is not unique, the method in which it is told, the style in which you experience it and everything in between are absolutely genuine. This dev studio is a gem, a company that I hope to stick around for a long time giving us the greatest coop experiences on the market, raising the bar for AAA companies to show what can really be done when you have a team of passionate, talented and motivated people collaborating on a project that they all feel actually matters. They should all be proud of what they have accomplished, I only hope that EA see's this for what it is and does not smother it like every other great dev studio they have ruined. As a student of game design, and someone who has worked at Disney studios, games like this are rare. You should be proud Hazelight, you have made your mark on this brutish, uninspired, and greedy industry. I look forward to seeing where you take us next!

I did not have high expectations for this game going in. But was I surprised by how addicting and fun this game really is. Fast paced, card based game play that keeps you on your toes and thinking about what your next move needs to be. Definitely one of the very few free to play games worth some of your time. Check it out.

Always had love for theHunterbut but with their busniness practices lately I cant recommend buying anything from this company anymore. This game is bascially a super stipped down version of the original online game. They have taken out so many animal types, way too many weapons are not included in this one as well as they have basically removed all clothing and customization options most likely because all of those will all be released as seperate paid DLC. And now they have released tents and ground blinds for money??? It's despicable and petty to charge us for these features that should be in the base game. Let this company and their half ♥♥♥♥♥♥ products burn. They would need to do a complete 180 in their marketing strategy to fix this.

This game has been nearly 3 years in the making in early access and it seems the only thing they have actively worked on is the implementation of the store and cosmetic items. The game was more playable when it first launched into early access. Controls seem worse then before, interface is just horrible and riddled with bugs, you cant equip the items you own because the interface wont register that you clicked on certain items so your character is stuck wearing default set. They claim this is a free to play open world game but there is little to no interaction with other people. I havnt even seen an option as to how to go about getting into another game with people. 3 years and this game still isnt functional. Its too obvious that the devs decided to cash out by focusing on market items only and letting the game rot. Another company added to the very long list of how game devs are taking advantage of the market. Let this game die, wait for "Steep" if youre really wanting a good open world snow game. Its pathetic that games like Cool Boarders and SSX or even Shaun White are the best snow games made to date. Those games outdated mechanics and graphics are better then this heap. Save your time and money cause this game will never be fully released.

Most of this game is great. The visuals, world/level design, story seemed like it would shape up as I got further but a few things are severly lacking. Firstly there is no save game function. This means every time you want to play the game you're stuck starting from the begining with nothing. A design choice, sure. I get it. But the biggest problem with this design choice, my second major issue, is that the controls for mouse and keyboard are horrible. Its super cluncky, awkward and really holding me back from wanting to even play the game. Im not sure how the sheild is even supposed to function, sometimes it blocks other times enemies just walk right through it. So collisions come into effect here adding to the awkwardness of moving and combat. I found the most effective manner of engaging enemies is to just continuously jump over them while throwing your spear at them other wise you risk the collision failing you and taking a hit that you clearly blocked. Maybe if this receives an overhaul I will repurchase it but for now its refund worthy.

The game was great fun back when it had a community. It has since died to basically nothing, if youre lucky youll get on a high ping server with 1 or 2 players. Compared to War of the Roses this game is lacking in game modes, its just head to head fighting with no objectives or alternate modes. Which is very disappointing becuase there is a lot this developer could have done with it such as raids mode, storm the beach modes where you come in on a long ship trying to take over a point. It just seemed like the game was hurried out to make the viking popularity rush, which it did, then got abandoned.

Mediocre at best, but not bad. Had some laughs here and there, the voice actoring is pretty funny. The combat system is clunky at best, and there seems to be a lot of sounds missing in game.

This is not a free to play game, plain and simple. The guest account is more like a demo rather then a f2p model. People need to get over it, the game is quality and the market is reasonable. Spend $15-$50 dollars on this game (buy a subscription not individual items and licensing) and you can happily enjoy many many hours in this game hunting whatever the hell you want. Stop down voting this game because youre poor and want full feature games for free.

Visuals - 10/10 Best looking table top game I have come across to date
Physics - 10/10 More fine tuned and realistic compared to Pool Nation
Audio - 10/10 Ive found out I like smooth jazz more than I ever imagined

As its stands the game has a lot going for, but like most games these days it needs some work. Camera angles are funky at times, running in full screen on 1080p seems to crash the game (for me at least) I had to launch windowed at 720p then alt+enter to get into full screen. A lot of peole are having network issues, as am I. There is customization, as of now it doesnt seem as exstensive as Pool Nation but this game has a lot that game didnt.
So I recomment the game to the fans of great pool games, just letting it be known at this time it has its issues... but so did Pool Nation on its release.
