Incredible game. This is probably the best place to jump into Armored Core for newer players, and will offer a lot for returning fans! Just don't go in with the wrong expectations: This game does not play like Sekiro, Dark Souls, Elden Ring and is a different kind of game to old AC entries. Give the first few missions a try before you make up your mind on it.
Also, if you're getting it for pvp it's great fun, but it isn't available until halfway through the game, and is not very active.
Overall would highly recommend to anyone interested in Armored Core or customisable mechs in general.

A good game that takes a bit of patience to properly enjoy. I recommend disregarding any hype you've heard going in

Super-satisfying gameplay set to catchy pop songs, a brilliant art style with neon tarot-themed dance-offs and motorcycle chases. If this game catches your eye, you should grab the soundtrack while you're at it, because you're going to be humming these songs for ages afterwards!

Still a really fun game. Only enough players for one gamemode, but worth checking out if you're a fan of the universe or just want to see what all the fuss is about. Combat has a different feel to the sequal and is a bit less chaotic, and the general atmosphere is more opressive and subdued. Also; THIS GAME HAS NO SINGLE PLAYER. I cannot stress how many people who buy this game do not realise that. If you're looking for single player or a more active multiplayer scene, check out Titanfall 2.

This game is amazing. I really regret not giving it a chance when I first saw it. Extremely fun sci-fi shooter. The titans are as awe-inspiring as they sound but the really special thing here is the movement. You can get so much out of this movement system that once you get used to it you will want it in every game! The singleplayer campaign is very fun and quite memorable, if a bit cheesy, and the pvp and pve gamemodes are super fun and active to this day. If you like what you see, give it a try, and I'll see you on the Frontier!

Great game, super fun with friends. Community can be really nice as well! Well worth at least a try if you haven't 'clicked' with an online shooter before.

A truly unique game, the only way to know if you like it is to play it yourself, but I can say that the soundtrack is amazing, the characters are awesome, and the story, while completely baffling, is quite gripping. If you're intrigued by anything you've heard about this game, I do think you should give it a go. And if you do...

Let the bloodbath begin!

While the Witcher 1 may not be for everyone, I highly recommend 2 to any fan of the series, ideally before 3!
- Fantastic story, the vast majority of which changes in big ways depending on your choices
- Moody and colourful art style, my favourite out of the series
- Fun combat, though not without it's flaws
- Great soundtrack
Overall a really, really fun game that I already have fond memories of

Despite initially playing it just to catch up before the subsequent games, The Witcher holds up surprisingly well! The story was well paced and pretty interesting, the characters are a lot of fun, and the combat, while not all that interesting, is satisfying once you get used to it. Definitely worth playing for any fan of the series, and a good introduction if you can look past the dated graphics and cheesy dialogue. (Though I would recommend skipping the extra adventures, save for The Price of Neutrality and Merry Witchmas!)

Beautiful pixel art environments, nice soundtrack and a neat story hook, don't worry it's not a Blacksad ripoff! Looking forward to the full game.
