My controls are so delayed i could press W to move forward, and make a sandwich while waiting for it do move forward. Good game tho :D

OK, so a friend gave me this key, for Risen. The game didnt seem like much, but it was actually really fun. But after i deinstalled it, some time later i tried to install it again, and it just doesnt run, on the same pc. The error is unknown, i have drivers, did everything Steam told me to do, it still doesnt run.
