4) Check items up for sale on backpack or outpost, if you're offering lower than i'm asking, your offer will be declined, if you're offering realy low, lowballing, you may be blocked, learn to read and open your eyes to avoid that
5) Check my buy orders on backpack or outpost, probably we can negotiate on some, depends on item.
6) if you want to swap items or change your item for mine you should add atleast + 20%

About Overpay and trade hold !
If you pay with items dont forget to overpay atleast 20% with clean items , more with others ( wont count paint, spells and parts)
If you pay with killstreaks overpay should be 30%
not accepting skined weps, unless it's realy big overpay

Not accepting offers with trade hold, since it's now 15 days, and a half month is way long to wait.
