My username is a combination of my real name and my passion in life, rescuing stray and abandoned cats and kittens.
I love all animals, but cats will always have a special place in my heart.

I play games to have fun and relax. I play a wide variety of games, but lately I've been playing a lot of cat themed games. I love board games like Clue/Cluedo and Armello; and card games like Cat Lady and Love Letter.
I used to love real time strategy games, but my nerves are so damaged I can't react quickly so I don't play RTS games anymore. If I could play RTS, I'd probably be playing DBD constantly, lol. I still love the lore and game though.

I used to be an achievement hunter, but a bugged achievement killed all the fun for me. The dev didn't reply & Steam already had my money, so ... yeah, I'm still kinda bummed over the whole experience.
I'm also sick to death of a game, only for some greedy dev to add more achievements later on. Extra hate if they add new cheevos and lock them behind a paywall DLC. Looking at you, Cat Goes Fishing and This War of Mine.
I'll still try to get all the achievements in a game, but I'm no longer chasing achievements if the game just isn't fun anymore. Now I consider achievements more as a way to decorate my profile then a way to show off what I've done in-game.

Some of the most interesting people are video game characters ... they remain in my memory long after I've completed the game.
Some of the most memorable villains began as heroes who became broken, either by the betrayal of trust (Sephiroth), the corruption of evil (The Wraith), or by just life endlessly beating them down until they broke. I find well written villains to be just as compelling characters (and sometimes more!) as the heroes are.
